We accept orders 24/7, so you can place an order anytime that’s convenient for you.
Same-day delivery is available from our collection of pre-arranged bouquets. For orders placed after [X PM], delivery will be scheduled for the next available time slot.
We offer multiple delivery options across Metro Manila. Fees vary depending on location and urgency and are discussed individually at checkout.
Customers are responsible for ensuring smooth delivery. If your building has security, reception, or assistants who handle deliveries, please notify them in advance. Additionally, please be available to answer calls from our delivery team.
The maximum waiting time at the delivery location is 10 minutes. If the recipient is unavailable, re-delivery may incur an additional fee.
Seasonal flower availability may vary. If a specific bloom from our seasonal collections is unavailable, we will carefully substitute it with the closest match in color and style to maintain the overall aesthetic of your bouquet.
Claims and concerns must be reported within 1 hour of delivery. If there are any issues with your order, please contact us immediately with photos so we can assist you.
